At The Honey Jar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sweet purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack the unopened honey jars in their original packaging to ensure they do not break during the return transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
